Our annual dinner dance will be at the Red Door in Fahan this year on Friday 8 November, with Commodore’s Reception at 7:30pm followed by dinner, prizegiving and dancing!

Please return all 2012 trophies to the club as soon as possible. Skippers have been emailed with details of the cups which they have from 2012.
In terms of returning them, the options are:

• To leave them in the clubhouse after racing;
• To leave them in William’s house – check with William when he’ll be in. His telephone number is 07591 708966.
• To leave them for Kieran at Cable and Accessories at any of these branches which are open 8-5 weekday. Kieran has places in

• Letterkenny old Fiesta ball room

Please organise to return all silverware from last year so that they can be engraved for this years prize giving. Details on where to return the cups will issue by email to skippers in the next few days. Please return all cups as soon as possible ………….. our Prize Giving Dinner is only 5 weeks away on Friday 8 November 2013 at the Red Door, Fahan.

The Annual General Meeting of Lough Swilly Yacht Club will be held in the Clubhouse at 8pm on Tuesday 26th November 2013.
