Racing Cancelled

Folks, our thoughts and prayers are with all those lost and affected in Creeslough. Racing is cancelled today and we can meet in the Clubhouse at 4.30pm instead. We will take a collection to donate to any subsequent fund for the ongoing tragedy. 🙏😞

Lifeboat Regatta postponed

Folks, Given the forecast for tomorrow, we think it would be prudent to postpone the lifeboat Regatta till Sat 15th October, scheduled for the same time.

Railway Tavern Regatta

Folks, the Railway Tavern Regatta takes place this Saturday, 3rd September with a 10am scheduled start. There will be food provided in the Railway Tavern at 3pm, but we need an indication of numbers by tomorrow evening. Can those taking part email me on (eoghanogrady19@hotmail.com) or text me on 07731514164 to indicate if you’re taking part and if you’ll be staying for food.

Ramelton Cruise 27th August

All,

The Ramelton cruise is tomorrow (27th August)

High water (4.2m) is approx 19:30 so by 16:00 , 16:30 we should be able to get out of the marina. There are those who are looking to leave earlier than that, from 15:00 onwards. The trip should take approx 2 hours so it will be about 18:30 when the later boats arrive.

Looking forward to seeing a great turn out in Ramelton.

Note: The Ramelton cruise has been moved to Saturday 27th August.

This was necessary as the original date was a neap tide and may have restricted the numbers who could make it to Ramelton.

The 27th is a high tide @ 4.22m allowing more attendees and for a little longer!
