Dear Members
Unfortunately a young man remains missing on Lough Swilly. We have decided that in this circumstance it would be inappropriate to continue with racing and therefore all
planned events for the rest of the week are cancelled. This includes Creek 5, Phoenix 6, Dinghy regatta & Helmsman 6. The sailing committee will review series results to date and decide whether additional races are required.
Members are encouraged to remain vigilant while afloat & along the shore. The Irish Coastguard are planning a major search for Sunday and will welcome assistance from
boat owners. The RNLI will coordinate the search and further details will be posted when available.
