Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on 11th November 2024 at 7:30pm in the clubhouse.
An agenda for the meeting will be circulated on the website in the very near future.
Proxies may be appointed to attend and vote in place of a member. The secretary must be notified by email 48 hours in advance of the meeting if a proxy is to be appointed and a duly executed proxy form must be produced at the meeting by the proxy for inspection by the organisers of the meeting along with photographic id.
