Can you please forward this link https://www.sailing.ie/product/local-race-officers-course-lough-swilly-yacht-club-5719/ to whoever is organising the race officer course in Lough Swilly? Each attendee will have to be registered before attending the course. I have made it FOC but we still need details for registration and for the ISA Passport.
