LSYC Night At The Races
This Saturday 6th May Lough Swilly Yacht Club 7.45 pm – Doors open Everyone is welcome – it would be great to see you all there for a great night’s craic [🎉]
Proceeds raised on the night will help fund the construction of 2 wells in rural Ethiopia. These wells will bring clean, safe water to hundreds of families, making a life-changing difference! All proceeds are going to this specific project in the Wolisso region of Ethiopia – in two very remote villages.

Early Bird Membership Discount

Hi Folks
Just a reminder to anyone who wants to avail of the 10% early bird discount for this years club membership to get their fees paid by this Sunday, 30th April.
Any newly joined members can contact our treasurer, Paul Mc Sorley on mcsorleypaul@gmail.com if unsure of their fee.
Payments can be done via bank transfer or in cash in the clubhouse after this weekends races.

Opening day race & Opening day lunch

Folks
Just a reminder about this weekend coming. On Saturday evening we have our opening day race kicking off at the starting line at Fahan 18.00.
On Sunday we have our opening day lunch in the clubhouse with doors opening at 1.30 and food being served from 2.00. Could anyone who is attending the opening day lunch and not confirmed their attendance please forward names to myself on 0860819415 as caterer needs confirmed numbers by Thursday morning. Food is priced at €15 per head🤙

An updated race declaration form is now available for download. Skippers can print the form, 2 pages per A4 sheet.

This form must be used going forward. All fields must be completed for all series races.

NOTE: An OD’s result(if an OD is appointed) will take precedent over a self declared time. Skippers will be advised of the appointment of an OD prior to the start of the race.
